"This came to me from one of the Museum of Flight's master Link Simulator restoration guys [Charley Price]. The photo is a P-38C that was recovered, I believe, at Attu, near the end of the Aleutian Islands, and now Elmendorf AFB, AK, is its new home. The photo is an official USAF shot, probably by one of the ISAP guys." -Jim
